Two Weeks in Taos

I live on the East Coast but I am certain I have left part of my heart in the Southwest. In May of 2019 I drove with my sister, brother-in-law, and my two teen boys from Albuquerque to Vegas with memorable stops at the Rattlesnake Museum, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert,; stood on the corner in Winslow, Arizona, and stood in stunned silence at the rim of the Grand Canyon. And miles and miles and miles of vast, gorgeous open spaces in between. There is nothing like watching the sun set behind red canyons.

I am beyond excited to return to this part of the country where I will spend nearly two weeks in Taos to soak it all in again. During this time I will have the unique opportunity to spend time with (and hopefully photograph) women who have made this

gorgeous place their World - a place where together, they work, laugh, play, create, cutivate, and bind their spirited selves. It is an honor to have the opportunity to dip into their experiences and capture a bit of that luscious Lipstick Rodeo Vibe and if I’m fortunate, bring a little bit of that spirit back home to the East Coast!
